Boiler Grants for replacement gas boilers are now available in England under a new energy efficient boiler grant scheme.

The eco-friendly and energy efficient gas condensing boilers are available under the Government-backed Energy Company Obligation (ECO). ECO is aimed at tackling fuel poverty in vulnerable sections of society across England and the UK, and addressing the levels of carbon emissions being released into the environment.
An increase in the cost of domestic gas and electricity has left many in vulnerable sections of society finding it increasingly difficult to manage the cost of heating their homes.

Installing a new energy efficient boiler means that your central heating and hot water is heated more cheaply and uses less gas, hence lowering your gas bills. The free boilers available via the Boiler Grant Scheme are  energy efficient gas condensing boilers with an A grading according to SEDBUK, the official energy performance rating guidelines for boilers and central heating systems in the UK.

Free boilers

Energy efficient boilers are one of the main ways to cut down energy usage in the home. Up to 60% of your gas bill is spent on powering your boiler and central heating system.
